Introduction

Centrally Located in Northern New Mexico, the Pojoaque Pueblo Industrial Park provides an excellent opportunity to build your office/ storage space, or locate your light industry manufacturing operations. Located in Pojoaque Pueblo, New Mexico, the Pojoaque Pueblo Industrial Park is just 15 miles from Santa Fe, 15.9 miles from Los Alamos, and just 7.5 miles from Espanola Valley.
The Pojoaque Pueblo Industrial Park is a 100 acre tract of property owned by the Pueblo of Pojoaque, and managed by Pojoaque Pueblo Leasing Corporation, a tribally owned, SBA 8(a) enterprise. Current office space is 100% occupied, however both Land Leases and Build to Suit options are available.
Current tenants of the Pojoaque Pueblo Industrial park include Solarec, a light manufacturing plant of solar energy panels, Eight Northern Indian Pueblos Council administrative office space, and Montano’s Excavation sand and gravel operation. Plans are being developed for Phase I of the Pojoaque Pueblo Small Business Incubator. The Small Business Incubator is a 4,000 sq. ft facility that will house up to five small business operations that will share amenities to aid their growth as a small business. Estimated construction for Phase I is planned for Fiscal Year 2011.
Small Business Incubator
The Small Business Incubator Project will provide a stable and professional work place in which small businesses may grow while creating employment opportunities which will benefit the surrounding areas, including Los Alamos, Santa Fe, Espanola, and smaller neighboring communities in the Pojoaque Valley. We intend to cultivate small businesses in the valley by providing a business infrastructure at a reasonable cost which will facilitate everyday operations. The project intends to help create a skilled workforce and further economic stability in this area.
Our intention is to develop this program by creating the initial building and the business infrastructure to house the administrative facility and small business office space. Then we will expand the Small Business Incubator Program to allow opportunities for more small businesses by creating more space and expanding when demand dictates. We envision the Pojoaque Pueblo Industrial Park spurring more growth in the area by attracting other service, production, and manufacturing businesses to the area.
